Taekwon-Do Videos
A Taekwon-Do Sparring Music Video- Some of the special effects are kind of irritating, but many of those techniques in this video are really cool!
Check out that 180 Turning Kick! I wonder if he got in trouble, though... because I think the guy who got knocked down might have gotten a bloody nose.

ReplyDeleteI just checked out the Wikipedia page about him. I'm pretty sure I watched part of a YouTube video about him, because I remember it beginning with saying all those titles. You're right, he is good. I like how he just gets right in and punches when he goes against those guys with amazing leg control who don't use their arms- he goes for their weaknesses, their hand technique.
